We stayed at the Delfini Hotel and ate some very wonderful tasting dishes there. This being Sifnos, we were delighted to have the traditional Revithada chickpea stew. it was flavorful and a huge helping. We also had a Cretan Dakos salad which was a meal onto itself. We also had stuffed eggplant and Kefthedes stuffed tomatoes. Needless to say we overordered but everything was so good! It was a windy day in early October so the restaurant was not crowded but the service was still excellent. We highly recommend the Delfini Hotel restaurant for god traditional Greek food.

Vi bestilte 4 forskellige retter, der alle smagte fantastisk. Betjeningen var venlig og overraskede os med en flot dessert til slut, som vi desværre næsten ikke kunne spise, da portionerne er velvoksne. Vi anbefaler den stegte ost (saganaki), de grillede muslinger og pastitsioen.

We had two excellent sunset dinners at Delfini during our 6 night stay on Sifnos and would highly recommend it. The food was delicious, plentiful and the views for sunsets views beautiful. The service was 5 star and included was both a free appetizer and dessert for our group of 6. Highly recommend a leisurely dinner enjoying the food and ambiance.

Cadre sublime personnel charmant et cuisine delicieuse. Pates aux fruits de mer et anchois marinés a recommander. Soirée parfaite.

Guidati dalle altre recensioni, abbiamo deciso di buttarci! Senza prenotazione, alle 21h30/22h00 (ora di punta da queste parti), il 14 agosto ci siamo presentati…due matti. Ma siamo stati fortunati. La vista mancava (una notte senza luna sul mare quindi buio assoluto) ma siamo stati ripagati dal cibo e dalla familiare e tenera gentilezza dei ragazzi che ci hanno servito. I piatti tutti ottimi, una bella carta dei vini e ho apprezzato che abbiano offerto l’entre’ e un piccolo dessert (entrambi fra l’altro buonissimi). Un’ultima nota: anche i locali consigliano questo ristorante quindi direi che è un’ulteriore conferma.

Μένοντας στο ξενοδοχείο Δελφίνι αποφασίσαμε να δοκιμάσουμε και την ταβέρνα του. Και πόσο καλά κάναμε! Τα φαγητά του ήταν απλά εκπληκτικά!!! Δοκιμάστε μελιτζανοσαλάτα και τηγανιά κοτόπουλο! Απίθανη τοποθεσία και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό!
